Heidi Montag Crosses the Uncanny Valley
Heidi Montag stars on MTV's eminently popular pseudo-reality show The Hills. The final season chronicles Heidi's recent plastic surgery binge when she endured ten unnecessary procedures in one day. Apparently, "back scooping" exists, who knew? In addition to the abhorrent voyeurism whereby the public "consumes" portrayal of Heidi's pathological insecurities, Ms. Montag has made a seminal leap. She is the first person to cross the uncanny valley from above:

Heidi didn't need ANY surgery. She was a lot prettier all natural.
Lauren was always prettier though.
That must have drove Heidi to madness.

I've offered that same hypothesis as well. Lauren is gorgeous and their social lives were essentially inseparable. This must have given her a horrible inferiority complex.

I'd do her. No problem. I like uncanny...
I had no idea who this was before like a month ago. Looking up before and after pictures, I think she was better looking before the surgery. She still looks okay, but like OneSTDV said, not fully human. Then I looked at that picture he posted of Lauren Conrad. I think calling her "gorgeous" is a bit of a reach. She's certainly attractive, but not that special. Even the uncanny version of Heidi is better than her.
Oh, an I just heard about this one this morning; apparently Christie Brinkley and her daughter had a wonderful mother/daughter bonding experience down at the plastic surgeon's office:

Fully disagree, especially with the part about the "uncanny Heidi" being better. That's insane.
Lauren is extremely attractive. Obviously I can't formulate a philosophical argument, but I know that many agree.
Though if we use what men she's dated as a gauge of her sexual market value (e.g. her attractiveness), then it's very high. She dated Brody Jenner, son of Bruce, who has dated just about every hot D-list celebrity including the 2008 Playmate of the Year.

Also about Heidi: Before pics don't do her justice. She's not really photogenic, so the best measure of her prior attractiveness is videos. She looks far better in videos.
The fake tits are a complete turn-off.
@Camlost-Heidi was rooting for McCain in the 2008 elections and even bought guns. Then she and her husband Spencer went on Alex Jones claiming that she was going to spread the New World Order message, etc. That obviously never happened and it was basically just a publicity stunt.
@OneSTDV-Lauren only dated Brody for the show I think. And the 2008 Playmate of the year is not hot-at least not facewise.
